Publicis Reports 5% Organic Growth in Q3, Driven by AI Marketing Demand

Publicis Groupe reported 5% organic net revenue growth in the third quarter of 2026, ahead of its consensus estimate of 4.8%. Net revenue reached €3.81 billion.

CEO Arthur Sadoun said demand for AI-powered marketing products and services continued to drive growth. The company’s media business, which accounts for 62% of net revenue, grew at a high single-digit rate. Connected Media and Intelligent Creativity both contributed, while Publicis Sapient remained slightly soft but is expected to return to growth.

Publicis confirmed its full-year guidance of 4.5% to 5% organic growth. Sadoun noted that the group has secured significant new business, including PepsiCo’s global media account, and that it has won major accounts without traditional pitches. He also said the company is targeting a 25% reduction in manual and repetitive tasks through AI while continuing to grow its workforce, which now stands at approximately 114,000.

Sadoun observed that after the Omnicom–IPG combination the three largest holding companies now win a higher share of major pitches, and that clients are increasingly involving CEOs in agency decisions because of AI.
